Do you offer a consultation?

Yes! I offer a free, 30-minute consultation so we can chat, get a feel for each other, and decide if we are a good fit to work together (see below to reach out).

What are your fees?

My fee is $155 for a full, 53-minute individual therapy session.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! I partner with Alma to accept several insurance plans. In Florida, I am in network with Aetna and Cigna. In Colorado I am currently in-network with:
